Water Softener Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to subscribers of the Utah County Insider newsletter who are residents of Utah County, United States, and are 18 years of age or older.
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway will begin on 10/08/2023 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and end on 01/14/2024 at 11:59 PM MT. Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To participate, individuals must be subscribed to the Utah County Insider newsletter. If not already subscribed, individuals may subscribe by visiting this LINK.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted within 5 business days of the giveaway end date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the newsletter subscription process within 5 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Prize: The winner will receive a water softener unit provided by DCD Plumbing and installation services free of charge. The specific model and features of the water softener will be determined by DCD Plumbing. The total value of the prize may vary depending on the chosen model and installation requirements. If the winner's home requires special alterations in order to accomodate a water softener, they may choose from the following options.
6.1. Pay the difference between the standard installation cost and the additional cost needed for the home to properly accommodate the water softener. Standard installation excludes, among other things, piping over 1".
6.2. Elect another subscriber at random to receive the water softener.
7. Prize Conditions: The winner must agree to allow DCD Plumbing to install the water softener unit at their residential property located within Utah County, United States. The winner is responsible for providing necessary access to the property and ensuring compliance with any local regulations or homeowner association guidelines.
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cole Tanner Real Estate LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability: DCD Plumbing and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the giveaway, the prize, or participation in any promotional activity related to the giveaway.
10. Privacy: Any personal information collected during this giveaway will be owned by Cole Tanner Real Estate LLC and will not be shared to third parties without the person's consent.
11. By subscribing to the Utah County Insider, you agree to allow Cole Tanner Real Estate to share your personal information with third parties offering giveaway items ONLY in the event you win a free giveaway item.
12. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.
