Realtor: Represents the broker in their duties to represent the buyers and sellers who hire the broker for services.
Title Representative: Searches the property's records to make sure no liens are against the property and that it's legally safe for the buyer to purchase. They also issue an insurance policy to protect the buyer and lender in case any ownership rights are questioned by outside legal actions.
Escrow Representative: Handles and distributes all funds.
Lender: Lends money to the buyer to help the buyer purchase the property.
